We’ve seen a great deal of energy and excitement in our schools as the STEAM movement has grown in popularity. Yet as we break down the acronym, it can be tricky to see where our humanities classes might fit into this important work. In this session, we’ll explore how making in the ELA and social studies classroom can support critical thinking, problem-solving, social activism, and creativity among our students.
