What role can Chromebooks, and other student devices, play in an active mathematics classroom alongside vertical non-permanent surfaces and visibly random grouping? I will share successes, struggles and lessons learned this first year of our 1:1 Chromebook program for 6th grade as well as ideas for integrating student technology use in your thinking mathematics classroom.
Today's mathematics activities will include overviews and/or use of Google Classroom, Google Forms, Flippity, Desmos, Pear Deck, Google Slides, Google Draw and Flip Grid.
